Goings on in Trafalgar Square
It is some time since I last sat in Trafalgar Square drinking coffee from a paper cup. With all the impending changes in London, thought perhaps the square needed a revisit.

As a feature of London the square now has a distinct european look and is no doubt a good place to stage the events that have taken place there this year. The pigeons somewhat reduced in number, have taken to sunning themselves on the upper terrace while the hawk patrols the main square.
In the near future the pigeons will have the opportunity to take up residence in a hotel for birds on the fourth plinth. An interesting concept.
