Hotel for the Birds |

The architectural perspex sculpture "Hotel for the Birds" by Thomas Schütte looks an
exciting venture. It is to be placed on the fourth plinth sometime in the year 2006.
What the pigeons will think or do with it will be interesting to watch.

I can imagine it making quite a dramatic impact on the square, whether the pigeons use it
or not. I look forward to seeing its installation.
